• Mizzou enters the NCAA Championships ranked No. 6 in the USA Today/NWCA Coaches poll and No. 8 in the Intermat Tournament Rankings.
• Mizzou won its fourth straight Mid-American Conference Tournament Title and fifth straight conference title overall on March 6 with a first place finish at the 2016 MAC Championships (Mizzou won the Big 12 Title in 2012).
• Mizzou finished the MAC dual season 8-0, winning its second straight MAC Regular Season Championship, finishing with a perfect 8-0 MAC record for the second consecutive season.
• Junior J'den Cox recorded his 100th career victory on Feb. 21 in a 16-7 major decision over Nebraska's Aaron Studebaker. Cox became the 24th member of Mizzou 100-win club, becoming the fastest to 100 wins in program history, doing so in 105 matches. Cox won his third straight MAC Title on March 6 and is 28-1 this season.
• Redshirt junior Matt Manley is tied for the most wins on the team with 28 and was awarded the MAC Wrestler of the Week on Feb. 4. Manley's 28 wins are a new career-high.
• Redshirt junior Lavion Mayes is 26-2 on the season, after starting the season on a 24-match win streak. Mayes finished the dual season with a 15-1 record, scoring 50 points in the 15 victories.
• Redshirt freshman Daniel Lewis is 25-4 in his first season as an attached wrestler for Mizzou. Lewis captured his first career MAC Title, outscoring his opponents 30-3 in three bouts.
• Redshirt senior Blaise Butler is 20-3 this season and is currently on a 10-match win streak, winning three matches by fall in the streak. Butler won the MAC Title on March 6, his second conference title after winning the 157 pound ACC Title in 2014.
• Redshirt senior Le'Roy Barnes and redshirt sophomore Barlow McGhee each captured MAC Titles on March 6, winning the 157 and 125 pound titles, respectively.
