No Provision of Benefits to Prospects. Mizzou Athletics may not provide items to any event that will directly or indirectly benefit prospect-aged individuals. This includes charitable activities that are organized and/or run by prospects. An individual is considered a prospect from the time he or she enrolls in 9th grade (for most sports – 7th grade for men’s basketball and softball) until the time he or she enrolls at a collegiate institution. High school graduation does not negate prospect status.
Charitable Use Only. Requests will be honored for charitable purposes only. Requests for personal use (gifts, collectibles, et cetera) will not be honored. Out-of-state requests are limited to states that are home to SEC institutions (Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas), as well as Illinois, Kansas, Nebraska, and Iowa. Requests that benefit events involving gambling and/or gaming activities will not be honored.
Supply and Process. Requests are filled on a first come, first served basis and only while supplies last. If an item(s) runs out, it may not be available again until the following academic year. Prior to fulfillment, all requests will be reviewed and either approved or denied by the Compliance Office in accordance with NCAA rules. Processing Timeframe: Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for the processing your request. Due to the review process, requests received closer in time to your event may not be able to be fulfilled. Due to the high volume of requests, filling out this form does not guarantee you an item.
