Dear Mizzou Gymnastics fans,
Welcome to the 47th year of Tiger gymnastics at the University of Missouri! Head Coach Shannon Welker and coaches Whitney Snowden, Lacey Rubin, and Jackie Terpak led the 2025 Tigers to a #3 ranking at the end of the season, not only the highest finish in program history, but the best postseason finish for any women's team in Mizzou history. With a team NQS of 197.510, it was another record-setting season, including the team’s season highest ever 29 meet scores of 197.00+ and a season high of 198.1.
Other team records: record high score for floor at 49.725 finishing at #4 with a 49.575 NQS, bars finished #4 with a 49.470 NQS. The Tigers are also one of only 7 teams to make NCAA Regionals Finals the past five years. Individual accomplishments of note: three perfect 10.0 scores during 2025: Mara Titarsolej (bars), Helen Hu (beam) and Kennedy Griffen (floor).
Nine Tigers earned Women’s Collegiate Gymnastics Association (WCGA) All-American status.

Additional honors in 2025: Tiger coaches were named College Gym News Coaching Staff of the Year and Shannon Welker was named the WCGA National Coach of the Year. Redshirt senior Helen Hu earned Comeback Gymnast of the Year and SEC Specialist of the Year. Additionally, Celestine, Hu, Moore and Titarsolej were named to the All- SEC team. At the annual Mizzou Athletics ROARS ceremony head coach Shannon Welker earned Coach of the Year and Amari Celestine earned Debbie Walker Athlete of the Year Award.
The 2025 Tigers also excelled in academics. This season eleven Tiger gymnasts were named to the SEC Winter Academic Honor Roll, and seven were named to the SEC First Year Honor Roll. In August the WCGA announced that seventeen members of the Mizzou Gymnastics squad earned Scholastic All-American recognition. The team's 3.6924 GPA is the highest achieved under head coach Shannon Welker.
Mizzou Gymnastics Boosters is an organization for fans of Tiger gymnastics and provides financial support to the program, offering members opportunities to interact with coaches and gymnasts, and working to strengthen the connection with alumni. We would like to invite you to join Boosters at a level comfortable and appropriate for you. Your membership could include a team picture and invitations to events such as, Alumni Weekend events, and the end of the year awards ceremony.
Now is the perfect time to join Boosters and continue to support our outstanding group of student athletes. Booster membership/giving is through the TSF (Tiger Scholarship Fund), a simple process that helps keep the funds and information active and accurate. Enclosed is a form describing methods for joining. TSF will provide the donor a tax letter and will link your athletics giving to any campus giving.
