Mizzou Gymnastics Credential Request
Thank you for your interest in Mizzou wrestling during the 2026 season. In order to apply for a credential, please fill out the form below. Credentials will be granted on either a meet-by-meet basis or for the full season, depending on availability.
APPLICATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE ACCESS/CREDENTIAL APPROVAL
Credentials are provided to working members of the media to assist in the coverage of Mizzou gymnastics events. Credentials are not transferable, revocable and must be worn at all times within Mizzou Arena/Hearnes Center.
Application and Approval
- Credentials must be requested 48 hours before the scheduled event. Media Will Call is located on down the hill on Champions Drive, on the west side of Mizzou Arena, in the same spot as Mizzou men's/women's basketball. Doors open 90 minutes before the meet for credential pickup.
- For the March 1, 2026, meet against Arkansas, Media Will Call is located on the east side of Hearnes Center.
- Media credentials may be issued to working members of the media representing recognized media outlets in the business of news gathering/sports reporting as a primary function of their business. The types of media outlets eligible for credentials include newspapers, websites, magazines, wire services, college (sport-specific) publications, TV, radio and podcasts. The dissemination of editorial content must be a primary purpose of the media outlet, and the outlet must demonstrate a record of sustained, original coverage of college sports on a regular basis.
- Credentials will not be issued to representatives whose outlet exists solely as a platform for distributing unoriginal content (press releases, press conference footage or aggregate news sites). Online outlets should typically be affiliated with a national or regional media organization, or host a website that provides substantial coverage of college athletics and/or Mizzou Athletics, and employ at least one full-time, permanent employee responsible for producing the site’s content. Outlets that are message boards without regular, substantial news/editorial/feature coverage by a full-time journalist could be denied credentials. Representatives should be on assignment for that outlet with a specific editorial assignment or will be subject to revocation.
Access and Conduct
- Access to the competition floor is restricted to credentialed media and approved personnel only. Professionalism and proper conduct are expected at all times.
- Photographers and videographers are permitted to shoot along the designated floor areas but may not step onto the competition mat or obstruct student-athlete movement. Media must avoid positioning directly in front of the scoring table, judges’ areas, or branded signage.
- Due to limited floor space, all credentialed photographers and videographers are expected to share access courteously. Repeated violations may result in removal from the floor and/or loss of future credential privileges.
- Credential holders are not permitted to request autographs, personal photos, or videos with Mizzou student-athletes or coaches. Any such conduct will be considered unprofessional and grounds for credential revocation.
- Post-meet interviews with head coach Shannon Welker and select student-athletes will take place in the Mizzou Arena media room.
- No flash photography is permitted during routines.
- Tripods and chairs may not be set up on the arena floor.
Match Day Operations
- Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for working media. Network and password information will be provided on seatcards.
- Live scoring and meet statistics are available via the schedule page on MUTigers.com.
