OPENING TIP
• Mizzou started the season 13-0 for the first time in program history with an unblemished run through nonconference play, passing the 1982-83 team that started 9-0 for the best in school annals. The Tigers' have gone 2-4 during the SEC slate, earning victories over No. 7/6 Mississippi State on Jan. 14 and at Georgia on Jan. 7. Mizzou fell 81-77 in overtime on Thursday at No. 13/12 Texas A&M.
• The Tigers erased a 14-point fourth quarter deficit and held a 4-point lead with 1:14 left and a 3-point advantage with eight seconds remaining before A&M tied the score on three free throws to force the extra period.
• Jordan Frericks recorded season-highs of 23 points and five assists to go along with 12 rebounds for her 22nd career double-double, which moved her into sole possession of second place in program history.
• The Tigers are ranked No. 23 in the most recent Associated Press Top 25 poll, marking five consecutive weeks that Mizzou has been ranked nationally, which last occurred from Feb. 12 - March 11, 1984. When the Tigers broke into the Top 25 five weeks ago, it marked the first national ranking for the program since Jan. 9, 2006, which lasted only one week.

• The Tigers rank 20th nationally in rebounding margin (+8.9), 24th in scoring margin (+14.5), 25th in free throw percentage (74.7), 35th in field goal percentage defense (35.6), 36th in field goal percentage (44.1), 43rd in scoring offense (73.8) and 48th in 3-pointers per game (7.2).
• Forwards Cierra Porter and Jordan Frericks are shooting 56 and 55 percent from the field, respectively. Mizzou's starting five is shooting 50 percent from the floor and 40 percent from 3-point range.
• On Thursday at Texas A&M, Mizzou went on a 14-0 run over 4:13 in the fourth quarter to take the lead with 1:56 left, which held until the game was tied with eight seconds remaining. In overtime, the game was tied at 67, 69, 71, 73 and 75 before the Aggies pulled away. The Tigers also held the Aggies scoreless for the final 5:48 of the first quarter as Mizzou went on a 9-0 run to tie the score.
• Mizzou is 4-0 all-time against Florida, dating back to the initial meeting on Jan. 31, 2013 during the Tigers' initial season in the SEC. Mizzou has won twice at Mizzou Arena and twice in Gainesville. Last year, the Tigers swept the home-and-home series.
ABOUT FLORIDA...
• The No. 22/23 Gators are 16-3 overall and 4-2 during SEC play. After dropping the season opener at Temple on Nov. 13, Florida won 12 straight to close nonconference play.
• Ronni Williams averages a team-leading 10.7 points and 7.6 rebounds per game.
• Eleanna Christinaki (10.6) and Cassie Peoples (10.2) are both also scoring in double figures.
• The Gators have won two straight games at home over Alabama and LSU. Florida also has road victories at No. 11 Tennessee and Ole Miss.
