Hot Start: Terianne Wolford, in making her third start of the season, scored seven of the Tigers' first 15 points.
8-0 runs are key: Missouri used an 8-0 run in the first half to rally from a 35-30 deficit to take a 38-35 lead. The Tigers used an 8-0 run in the second half to come back from a 63-55 deficit. The second 8-0 run was part of a 13-2 run.
Hot Start II: Wisconsin-Green Bay opened the game by making nine of its first 11 shots from the field.
Pass, Score, Rebound and ...: Kerensa Barr once again proved she can do it all on the basketball court. Barr had a career-high (tying) nine assists to go with team-high honors in points (15) and rebounds (seven). Barr hit a go-ahead 3-point field goal with 53 seconds left and then added four free throws to close the contest.
Rally Caps: OK, it's maybe not appropriate here but the Tigers rallied from a nine-point, second-half deficit as UW-Green Bay held a 63-54 edge with nine minutes and 28 seconds remaining in the game. Missouri previously rallied from a seven-point deficit (33-26) in the first half to take a 42-39 halftime lead.
Second-Half Threat: Melanie Fisher scored all 10 of her points in the second half.
Balance: Six players scored in the first half for Missouri and each one of them scored between six and nine points. Three players scored six points, one scored seven points, one scored eight points and the remaining player scored nine points.
Top Marks: Missouri shot a season-best 51.8 percent (29-of-56) from the floor while Wisconsin-Green Bay also shot a season-best 61.5 percent (32-of-52) from the field.
Thieves: Angie Carter had a career-best three steals (all in the first half) while Wannette Smith had a career-high two steals.
