Ford is in her second season at Missouri after joining the Tigers in May of 2023.
In her first season on staff, Ford led film study efforts and oversaw the development of 2022-23 SEC All-Freshman Team honoree Ashton Judd. Under her guidance, Judd improved her offensive production from 7.4 to 13.4 points per game.
Ford also assisted in the intimidate impact of Tiger freshman Grace Slaughter and Abbey Schreacke. Slaughter earned All-SEC Freshman Team honors and ranked fourth in the among first-year players in scoring at 11.6 points per game while Schreacke led the conference’s freshman class in 3-point percentage at 38.4%.
Alongside Ford, Mama Dembele earned All-SEC Defensive Team recognition as the Tigers’ point guard ranked top 10 nationally in both steals and assists.
Her first year on staff marked the conclusion the decorated career of Hayley Frank who became the fourth Tiger in program history to record 2,000 career points and ranked seventh in the conference in scoring.
Ford spent the 2022-23 season an assistant coach at Coastal Carolina. With the Chanticleers, she led the development of two All-Sun Belt honorees.
Prior to her time in Conway, S.C., Ford served as a graduate assistant for two seasons at Clemson. With the Tigers, she helped players in both on and off-court settings aiding their improvement through instructional training, film, and character development.
She also assisted the staff with opponent scouts, managing food vendors, recruiting mail-outs, and supervising the practice team.
In the summers of 2016, 2017, 2020, and 2021, Ford worked with the USA women's basketball program, preparing elite athletes and coaches for competition through facilitating practice and accommodations. She also captured, cut, organized, and distributed film to support scouting and team development. Ford provided operational support by coordinating gear distribution, packing, and organizing equipment for competition and travel.
Ford played basketball at Bentley University under Hall of Fame coach Barbara Stevens.
A Bentley class of 2020 graduate, Ford holds dual bachelor's degrees in media and culture and information design and corporate communication.
