College: Can be an aggressive player inside. Will be counted on heavily to assume some of the rebound territory owned by Renee Kelly last year. Averaged 7.6 points per game and 5.2 rebounds, second on the team to Kelly. Started 15 games. Hit double figures nine times. Started 23 games for Mizzou as a sophomore and averaged 6.4 points and 5.9 rebounds. Had career highs of 21 points against Oklahoma in the 1986 Big Eight semifinals and 16 rebounds against Iowa State. Played 28 games as a freshman, averaging 3.3 points and 3.6 rebounds.
High School, Personal: Averaged 18.8 points and 12.5 rebounds per game at Alter High School. Earned all-city, all-area and all-state honors. Was district player-of-the-year. Art major with emphasis in graphic design. Daughter of Lewis and Laverne Ellis. Born 2-9-66.
