• Finished third in the 800m with a time of 1:48.01 at the Mt. SAC Relays (April 14)

2023 Indoor

• Won the 800m with a time of 1:48.17 at the Indiana University Relays (Jan. 27-28)
• Came in 4th in the 800m at the Music City Challenge (Feb. 11) with a time of 1:47.96
• Placed ninth in the 4x400m relay with a time of 9:48.98 at the SEC Indoor Championships (Feb. 25)
• Finished the 800m in 1:50.42 at the SEC Indoor Championships (Feb. 25)

2020 Indoor

• Won the 600m run at the Mizzou Open with a time of 1:20.74 (2/7/20)

2019 Outdoor

• Redshirted the outdoor season

2019 Indoor

• Finished first in the 600m with a 1:19.61 mark at the Missouri Holiday Opener (12/8/18)
• Finished second in the 800m at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational (1/20) with a time of 1:51.36

2018 Cross Country

• Set a personal best in the 8,000m with a time of 25:59.54 in the Loyola Lakefront Invitational (9/29/18)

2018 Outdoor

• Began the outdoor season by finishing first in the 800m run at the Arkansas Spring Invitational (March 24), crossing the finish line at 1:50.00
• Finished second in the 800m run at the Ole Miss Classic (March 31), checking in at 1:50.63
• Swept the 800m run and 1500m run at the Tom Botts Invitational (April 20-21), posting times of 1:51.46 and 3:54.49, respectively
• Ran the third leg of Mizzou’s 4x800m relay team that finished third at the Drake Relays (April 27) with a time of 7:31.30
• Set a personal-best time in the 800m run with a fifth-place finish at the SEC Outdoor Championships (May 13), clocking a time of 1:48.68
• Ended the season by placing 37^th in the 800m run at the NCAA West Preliminary (May 24), crossing the finish line at 1:52.77

2018 Indoor

• Opened the indoor season by placing first in the 600m run at the Missouri Holiday Opener (Jan. 8), crossing the finish line at 1:19.82
• Ran a season-best time in the 800m run at the Vanderbilt Invitational (Jan. 20), finishing fourth at 1:49.84
• Placed sixth in the 800m run at the Music City Challenge (Feb. 10), crossing the finish line at 1:51.48
• Just narrowly missed out advancing to the finals of the SEC Indoor Championships (Feb. 24) in the 800m run, finishing 10^th in the prelims at 1:51.38
• Ran the third leg of Mizzou’s DMR team which finished seventh at the SEC Indoor Championships (Feb. 25) at 9:53.73

2017 Cross Country

• Ran in the JK Gold Classic (Sept. 2) where he posted a time of 20:11.1 over 6000m
• Posted best time of the season at the Bradley Classic (Oct. 13), finishing fourth on Mizzou at 27:05.9 in the 8000m race

High School
State champion and four-time conference champion at O’Fallon Township High School in O’Fallon, Ill. … Ran under coaches Jon Burnett and Ron Koch on the track team, as well as Burnett and Alan Elfrink on the cross country team  … Helped led the Panters to a conference championship as a senior in 2016, finishing fifth at the conference meet with a time of 15:51.31 in the three-mile race … Won conference titles in the 800m run and 1600m run as a junior … Finished runner-up in the 800m run at the IHSA Boys State Track & Field Championship as a junior, clocking a time of 1:53.02
