COLUMBIA, Mo. – University of Missouri women's basketball (15-6, 4-4 SEC) will travel to Tuscaloosa to face off with the Crimson Tide (11-8, 2-6 SEC) on Sunday. The game is set to tip off at 5 p.m. on SEC Network.
Alabama has won each of the last three meetings between the two teams. The all-time series is knotted at seven games apiece.
Mizzou fell on the road at Mississippi State on Thursday and the Tigers will look to get back on track. Junior guard Aijha Blackwell put up another double double with 17 points, 16 rebounds and a season-high five assists. The Tigers' 20 turnovers matched a season high. Blackwell leads the nation in rebounds per game at 13.6 and she is the only player in the nation to average more than 10 defensive rebounds per game.
Hayley Frank has averaged 18.4 points per game in SEC play while shooting over 50 percent from beyond the arc. Frank leads the SEC with a 47.2 percent mark from three on the season. Her 2.76 three-point field goals per game also puts her at the top of the conference.
