What is included in the rental fee?
Access to the space being rented for the contracted time. Additional fees may be determined necessary by Mizzou Athletics staff. Equipment and labor are a la carte and can be added upon request.
Is there a way to play music/sound in the facilities?
Yes, AV capabilities are available in most athletics facilities.
Can I bring my own food & beverages?
Levy Restaurants is the contracted caterer for all Mizzou Athletic venues. Should you wish to bring in outside food and non-alcoholic beverages, a buyout fee will apply.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
Yes, for a corkage fee. All alcohol served at events in Mizzou Athletics venues must be served by a Levy Restaurants bartender.
Do you provide tables and chairs?
Venue rentals include all standard furniture as-is. Additional tables and chairs are available upon request for an added fee.
Are linens provided?
Yes, black linens are available for a fee.
Can I move the furniture in the facilities?
All furniture must be moved by Athletic Department Event Staff. Any re-arrangement of furniture in athletic facilities will be coordinated on your pre-event meeting or walk through.
Where do I park for my event?
Parking must be coordinated directly through MU Parking & Transportation. Please reach out to muparking@missouri.edu before your event to coordinate parking for your guests. Note: if event falls on the same date as an athletic event, parking plans may be altered to accommodate athletics guests.
Do I need security at my event?
No, but event staff services are available upon request for an added fee.
