COLUMBIA, Mo. – Mizzou Volleyball (12-2, 2-0 SEC) concludes its season-high three-match Southeastern Conference road trip this weekend at Tennessee and No. 19 Kentucky. First serve in Knoxville, Tennessee, Friday evening is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. CT. Fans can tune-in online at SEC Network + via WatchESPN.
The Tigers close their weekend Sunday afternoon in Lexington, Kentucky, with play kicking off at noon CT. Mizzou and Kentucky will battle on national television with SEC Network carrying the match.

Series Snapshot vs. Tennessee
- Mizzou leads the all-time series over Tennessee, 8-3.
- While Mizzou strung together six consecutive victories from 2013-16, the Volunteers currently hold bragging rights over the Tigers with a 3-1 victory in the teams' last meeting (Oct. 15, 2017).
- Two of Mizzou's three all-time losses against Tennessee have occurred inside Thompson-Boling Arena. Overall, the Tigers possess a 3-2 edge in historical meetings at the home of the Volunteers.
Series Snapshot vs. Kentucky
- The all-time series between Mizzou and Kentucky is tied, 5-5.
- The Tigers have enjoyed recent success against the Wildcats, earning wins in five of their past seven matchups.
- All five of Mizzou's triumphs in the all-time series have occurred against a nationally ranked Kentucky squad. Three of the wins have taken place in Lexington, including a 3-0 sweep in the Tigers' last trip to Memorial Coliseum (Nov. 6, 2016).
- However, Kentucky claimed the programs' last meeting with a 3-1 victory inside the Hearnes Center a year ago (Sept. 20, 2017).
Mizzou's Blocking Continues to Dominate
- Through 14 matches this season, Mizzou has tallied 2.98 blocks per set and 152.0 total blocks. Those impressive numbers each rank tops in the SEC and fifth and eighth in the NCAA, respectively.
- The Tigers recorded a six-match streak with double-digit total blocks (Aug. 25 - Sept. 7), highlighted by a 17.0 total blocks outburst against Towson (Sept. 7). Overall this season, Mizzou has posted double-digit total blocks in an impressive 10 of 14 matches played.
- Additionally, the Tigers' strong play at the net has led to an SEC-best .140 opponent hitting percentage. That number also ranks seventh-best in the NCAA.
- Individually, senior MB Alyssa Munlyn leads the way with 76.0 total blocks and 1.49 blocks per set. She leads the conference in both respective categories, while ranking seventh and 10th in the nation, respectively.
- Sophomore MB Tyanna Omazic and sophomore OH Dariana Hollingsworth have also performed well defensively, ranking fifth (1.04) and eighth (1.02) in the SEC in blocks per set. The Tiger duo enters this weekend with 52 total blocks apiece, ranking sixth-best in the conference.
Member-Meneh Named SEC Offensive Player of the Week
- Sophomore OH Leketor Member-Meneh was named Week Five Southeastern Conference Player of the Week on Monday, Sept. 24. The honor marked Member-Meneh's first career weekly award by the SEC office.
- The St. Louis, Missouri, native tallied 31 kills on .343 hitting and 4.57 points per set. Her 4.43 kills per set ranks second-best in the SEC in conference only matchups, while her 4.57 points per set ranks fourth.
