COLUMBIA, Mo. – No. 24 Mizzou Volleyball, in midst of a season-best six-match winning streak, is set for a pair of home Southeastern Conference matchups this weekend inside Mizzou Arena. LSU and Texas A&M will make the trek to Mid-Missouri for a Friday evening and Sunday afternoon contest, respectively.
First serve is scheduled for 8 p.m. CT Friday, while Sunday's action opens at 1:30 p.m. CT. Mizzou and LSU will square off live on SEC Network and the Tigers and Aggies will compete live on SEC Network + via WatchESPN.
Ben Arnet and former Tiger setter Ali Kreklow will be on the call Sunday inside Mizzou Arena. Fans can also follow the action online via Twitter (@MizzouVB).

Ticket Information
- For both matches this weekend, adult tickets are available for $8 while youth/senior tickets are $5 each.
- Fans can purchase tickets by calling the Mizzou Athletics Ticket Office at 1-800-CAT-PAWS or by visiting the ticket office at Mizzou Arena. Fans will also have the opportunity to purchase tickets on the North side of the facility.
- Fans purchasing tickets at the door are encouraged to arrive early both Friday evening and Sunday afternoon to allow for sufficient time prior to first serve.
Fan Promotions
- The first 1,000 fans in attendance Friday will receive a Mizzou Volleyball rollout banner.
- Friday also marks Youth Sports Day at Mizzou Arena, as all kids 7th grade and under wearing their uniform or sports jersey will receive free admission.
- Sunday will mark an early Halloween celebration at Mizzou Arena, as kids 7th grade and under who arrive in a Halloween costume will receive free admission.
- All fans who present a ticket stub from Saturday's Mizzou Football game versus Kentucky will receive free admission to Sunday's match.
- The popular Kids Carnival returns prior to Sunday's match against Texas A&M with fun-filled activities on the South Concourse of Mizzou Arena.
- For both Friday and Sunday, fans are encouraged to stay late for post-match autographs with the 2018 Mizzou Volleyball squad.
Series Snapshot vs. LSU
- Mizzou leads the all-time series over LSU, 7-4.
- Mizzou was victorious in the programs' last meeting with a sweep a season ago in Columbia (Nov. 5, 2017).

- After dropping five consecutive matches to the Aggies from 2014-16, the Tigers have responded with back to back wins in the all-time series.
Mizzou Nationally Ranked for First Time This Year
- Mizzou checked-in at No. 24 in the latest American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Division I poll, announced on Monday, Oct. 22. The Tigers vaulted into the latest edition of the AVCA poll thanks to a big weekend in SEC play.
- This past weekend, Mizzou defeated Auburn and No. 11 Florida to push its winning streak to a season-best six matches. The Tigers last appeared in the AVCA poll at the conclusion of the 2017 campaign. Following its second consecutive trip to an NCAA Tournament Sweet 16, Mizzou was tabbed No. 20 in the final edition of last year's rankings.
- Mizzou last appeared in a regular season AVCA poll in 2016, as that year's squad was listed No. 18 in the Week 14 rankings. Following their first of two back to back Sweet 16 appearances, that year's Tigers program finished the season No. 16 overall.
Deberg and Fuentes Once Again Garner SEC Weekly Awards
- Sophomore OH Kylie Deberg and redshirt freshman S Andrea Fuentes were each recognized in the SEC Week Nine Players of the Week, announced on Monday, Oct. 22. Deberg was named the Overall and Offensive Player of the Week, while Fuentes garnered Freshman of the Week honors.
- The recognition marked Deberg and Fuentes' third and second career weekly award by the SEC office, respectively. Deberg was the Tigers' top offensive threat this past weekend (Oct. 19-21), highlighted by a career-high 21 kills and 26 points in the Tigers' thrilling five-set win at No. 11 Florida. Fuentes once again orchestrated a productive Mizzou offense, led by a career-high 47 assists in Mizzou's victory in Gainesville.
