-The Mizzou Tigers improved to 11-6 on the season and recorded their first notch in the win column in SEC play improving to 1-3 in SEC play.
-The Tigers put in an entire team effort in their win over Florida. All nine Tigers in uniform scored two or more points and grabbed one or more rebounds.
-The Tigers have also made a living on limiting second-chance points this season. Mizzou limited Florida to just three second-chance points, marking the eighth time that Mizzou has limited its opponent to single-digit second-chance points this season.
-The Tiger defense held Florida to a season-low 14 field goals. Florida's previous season-low total for field goals was 18 against Florida State.
-In 16 games this season, the Tigers have allowed just two teams to shoot better than 40-percent in a game. In fact, the Tigers have limited opponents to less than 37-percent shooting in 13 of 17 games, winning 11 of those 13 contests. Mizzou has not allowed an opponent to shoot better than 40-percent in nine consecutive games with a high-water mark in that span coming from Georgia, which shot 31.7-percent.
-The 47 points allowed by Mizzou against Florida are the fewest that the Tigers have ever allowed in a regular season SEC game since joining the league and match the fewest ever in an SEC game allowed by the Tigers (Mizzou held Vanderbilt to 53 in the SEC Tournament in 2012-13)
-Mizzou has been getting it done on the defensive end of the court so far this season. In fact, in 11 of the Tigers' 17 games this season, they have held their opponents to 60 or fewer points. Mizzou has won nine of those 10 contests, including today's contest where they held Florida to a mere 47 points.
-Sophomore Lindsey Cunningham led the Tigers in rebounding with 11 boards, surpassing her season and career-high rebounding.
-Junior Maddie Stock contributed a season-high 13 points against Florida this afternoon, her highest point total since Dec. 3 against Loyola.
-Senior Morgan Eye tied her season-high in assists with three.
