Struggles: Missouri committed a season-high 29 turnovers, with 16 of those coming in the first half. Those 16 first-half turnovers were more than the Tigers had committed in seven games, including the past two. In addition to the turnovers, Missouri made 16-of-56 field goals (28.7 percent).
Ouch: Evan Unrau suffered a hand injury midway through the second half. At the time, Unrau looked well on her way to her seventh double-double of the season as she had scored 11 points and snared nine rebounds.
Runs: In the second half, Colorado used a 7-0 run from 15:55 to 15:02 to take a 46-28 lead. The run eventually reached 13-0. An 8-0 CU run allowed the Buffaloes to take a 36-point lead, 75-39. The 36-point deficit was the largest this season for Missouri.
Scoring Drought: Missouri went almost six minutes without scoring in the first half, going from 12:28 to 6:49 before Natalie Bright ended the drought with a field goal. During that time, Colorado's lead grew from 14-8 to 22-8.
Back on Track?: After seeing its free throw percentage fall over the past 10 games, Missouri sank 13-of-16 foul shots in the game. The showing was the sixth time this season that the Tigers had made at least 80 percent of their free throws (when having at least eight attempts in a game).
