Mizzou Women's Basketball Heads to No. 15/14 Kentucky on Sunday
Mizzou Women's Basketball continues its two-game road trip as the Tigers head to Lexington, Ky., to face the No. 15/14 Wildcats on Sunday, Jan. 31. Tipoff from Memorial Coliseum is scheduled for Noon CT on SEC Network with Paul Sunderland and Andraya Carter on the call. In Mizzou's last time out, the Tigers outlasted the Florida Gators, 61-58, on Thursday night in Gainesville. With the win, head coach Robin Pingeton notched her 186th victory at Mizzou to move to second all-time on the wins list in program history, passing Cindy Stein (1998-10, 185-77). Kentucky has won three of its last four games, including a 81-68 home win over Alabama on Thursday. Kentucky has had two games postponed or canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, while Mizzou has had six games affected.

Mizzou Women's Basketball is set to host No. 8/8 Texas A&M on Sunday, Jan. 24. Tipoff from Mizzou Arena is scheduled for 4 p.m. CT on SEC Network with Eric Frede and Christy Thomaskutty on the call. The Mizzou program plans to use this game to help raise awareness for pancreatic cancer, after losing longtime assistant coach and staff member Willie Cox to the terrible disease in June of 2019. In Mizzou's last time out, the Tigers nearly mounted a 16-point fourth-quarter comeback over LSU, but fell in the game's final moments, 66-64 on Monday, Jan. 18. In Texas A&M's last outing, the Aggies cruised to a 69-41 victory over No. 14 Mississippi State on Sunday, Jan. 17. Texas A&M has had only one postponement due to the COVID-19 pandemic this season, while Mizzou has had six games affected.

Mizzou Women's Basketball Hits the Road For the First Time in 2020-21 at Arkansas
Mizzou Women's Basketball will hit the road for the first time in the 2020-21 campaign on Sunday, as the Tigers head to Fayetteville, Ark., to face the No. 10/10 Arkansas Lady Razorbacks. Tipoff from Bud Walton Arena is slated for 4:00 p.m. CT on SEC Network with Sam Gore and Christy Thomaskutty on the call. Mizzou is coming off a 74-59 setback to Alabama in its SEC-opening on Dec. 31, while Arkansas fell to No. 13/11 Kentucky, 75-64, in its first SEC contest. Arkansas has been fortunate in the early going of this season, as the Razorbacks have been able to play all 11 of its scheduled games to-date. Mizzou has had four games postponed or canceled due to COVID-19 related issues, with its upcoming Thursday contest against Vanderbilt also postponed.

Mizzou Women's Basketball returns to action with an in-state matchup against the No. 21/22 Missouri State Lady Bears on Monday, Dec. 14. It will be the first game in 17 days for the Tigers, while the Lady Bears will play for the fifth time this season. The game is scheduled to tip off from Mizzou Arena at 7 p.m. CT on SEC Network + with Nate Gatter and Lindsey Cunningham on the call. Mizzou will be coming off an impressive showing in its 2020-21 debut, as the Tigers opened the season with a 96-78 win over North Alabama on Friday, Nov. 27. The Lady Bears enter the game ranked No. 21 in the AP Top 25 and No. 22 in the USA Today Coaches Poll, and already have a ranked win to their resume, coming from a 81-72 win over No. 12 Maryland on Nov. 28.
