1978-79: Played in all but one of 30 games in her first season at Mizzou...came to the Tigers after a sparkling freshman campaign at Drake, where she averaged 14.4 ppg... a pure shooter, Supstiks can hit from both the guard and forward positions.

Was key offensive player in last year's MAIAW state tourney finals, leading Missouri with 18 points against Central Mo. St...is capable of breaking a game open with her outside shooting ability...totaled 194 points last season for a 6.7 averaged and grabbed 127 rebounds...high game was 2 5 points vs. Northwest Mo. St... finished season as team's third most accurate free throw shooter, hitting 32-of-43 for a .744 mark.

Finished prep career in Iowa with 48.7 scoring average... named Seamco and Parade H.S. all-America after senior season, and first team all-stater... competed in 1978 Colorado Springs National Sports Festival.
