Recent Mizzou graduate and Tiger great Lindsey Cunningham enters her first season on staff as a graduate student manager after a stellar playing career. She plays an essential role in opponent film and video breakdown, oversight of the scout team, position breakdown, marketing for the Tiger Paws and Show-Me Squad, along with numerous other duties.
Cunningham played in 129 career games during her career, two shy of the program record. She finished her career second all-time in program history in career 3-point field goal percentage (40.6) and ninth all-time in career assists (310) while racking up 555 career points, 369 rebounds and 80 three-pointers.
As a redshirt senior captain, she led Mizzou in minutes per game (33.4), free-throw percentage (89.7) and three-point field-goal percentage (48.3). Cunningham steered Mizzou to its second consecutive NCAA Tournament appearance and wins in back-to-back NCAA appearances for the first time in program history.
Cunningham is a Columbia, Mo., native and lifetime Mizzou fan. She is the older sister of current Tiger junior, Sophie Cunningham. Lindsey graduated with a bachelor's degree in health sciences. She is a member of the Mizzou 39, the most prestigious academic honor at the University of Missouri. While serving as a graduate student manager, she is pursuing a master's degree in Positive Coaching.
