2023-24 (Senior): XC – Opened the season with a 6k time of 18:45.1 at the Mizzou XC Opener (Sept. 1)...Finished the 8k at the Gans Creek Invitational in 25:14.1 (Sept. 29)...Ran a 26:07.8 8k race at the XC23 College & Open (Oct. 14)
Indoor – Took second in the 800m with a time of 1:53.94 at the Mark Colligan Memorial (Jan. 21)...Finished fifth with a time of 4:07.71 in the mile at the Indiana University Relays (Jan. 27-28)...Took second in the 4x400m with a time of 3:17.95 at the Indiana University Relays (Jan. 27-28)...Placed 7th in the 800m with a time of 1:50.99 at the Music City Challenge (Feb. 11)...Posted a time of 4:07.06 in the mile at the Music City Challenge (Feb. 11)...Finished the preliminary mile in 4:04.83 at the SEC Indoor Championships (Feb. 25)...Took sixth in the mile with a time of 4:05.67 at the SEC Indoor Championships (Feb. 25).

2022-23 (Junior): XC – Opened the cross-county season with a time of 25:29.0 at the Gans Creek Classic (9/30/2022).
Indoor – Opened the indoor season with a thirteenth-place finish in the mile at the Cyclone Open (1/22/22) with a time of 4:10.84…Posted his collegiate-best time in the 800m dash with a time of 1.50.40 at the Razorback Invitational (1/29/22)...Finished seventh in the mile at the Tyson Invitational (2/11/22) with a time of 4:07.68…Finished first in the mile at the JDL DMR Invitational (2/19/22) with a time of 4:10.99…Posted his collegiate-best time in the mile at the SEC Indoor Championships (2/26/22) with a time of 4:05.43.
Outdoor – Opened the outdoor season with a seventh-place finish in the 800m dash with a time of 1:53.26 at the Ole Miss Classic (3/26/22)...Finished third at the John McDonnell Invitational (4/8/22) in the 1500m dash with a time of 3:51.16…Posted his collegiate-best time in the 1500m dash with a time of 3:46.50 at the Crimson Tide Invitational (4/23/22)...Finished fourth in the 4x800 relay (4/30/22) at the Drake Relays with a time of 7.22.27.
2021-22 (Sophomore): XC – Opened the season posting his collegiate best time in the 6k with a time of 19:15.0 at the Mizzou Opener (9/3/21).
Indoor – Finished fourth in 800m in first collegiate race at Vanderbilt Invitational (1/15/21) running a 1:51.35 time in 800m…Set a season-best time in only mile ran during the season, finishing fourth with a 4:09.97 time at Arkansas Qualifier (2/5/21)...Ran a season-best 1:50.46 time in 800m at Music City Challenge (2/12/21)...Competed in 800m at SEC Indoor Championships (2/25/21).
Outdoor – Ran a season-best 3:46.80 in 1500m at Tom Botts Invitational (4/9/21), finishing second…Set a season-best time in 800m with a 1:51.99 mark at War Eagle Invitational (4/16/21)...Finished sixth at Drake Relays (4/22/21) in 800m with 1:52.29 time…Competed in 800m and 1500m at SEC Outdoor Championships (5/13/21).
2020-21 (Freshman): XC – Competed in all three of Mizzou’s races in 2020, setting a personal best for the season at the Gans Creek Classic (10/3/20) with a 25:10.8 time.
