2022 Indoor
- Finished fifth in the DMR at the Razorback Invitational (Jan. 28-29) with a time of 9:42.27
- Took first in the mile at the Tyson Invitational (Feb. 11-12) finshing time of 3:58.72
- Came in third in the DMR in the JDL DMR Invitational (Feb. 18-19) with a time of 9:38.51
- Placed third In the Mile Preliminaries at the SEC Indoor Championships (Feb. 25-26) with a time 4:03.40
- Raced to a second place finsh in the Men’s Mile finals at SEC Indoor Championships (Feb. 25-26) with a time of 3:57.65
2021 Outdoor
- Qualified for the 1500m at the NCAA West Preliminary Round
- Finished seventh in the 1500m at the SEC Championships, running a 3:43.36
- Finished third in the 1500m at Rock Chalk Classic (4/30/21), running a 3:49.05
- Finished sixth in the 1500m with a 3:50.25 at the War Eagle Invitational (4/16/21)
2020 Cross Country

Scored for Mizzou in each of its three races on the season, finishing in the top-20 in every race.

Placed in the top-10 in two races, highlighted by a fifth place finish in the team win at the Gans Creek Classic (10/3/20).
2020 Indoor
- Won the 3000m run and set a new personal record at the Aggie Invitational (1/25/20) by posting a time of 8:26.08
- Finished fourth with a time of 4:04.02 in the mile run at the Razorback Invitational (2/1/20)
- Posted a new personal record and finished sixth in the mile at the Iowa State Classic (2/14/20), crossing the line with a time of 4:02.91
- Won a conference title in the mile run at the SEC Indoor Championships (2/29/20) by completing an incredible comeback over the race’s final 200m, finishing with a time of 4:14.92
- Also ran a leg on Mizzou’s DMR team which placed third at the SEC Indoor Championships (2/28/20) with a time of 9:42.47
2019 Cross Country
- Opened the cross country season by finishing sixth at the Mizzou XC Opener (8/30/19) with a 6K time of 19:18.86
- Posted a top-10 finish at the inaugural Gans Creek Classic (9/27/19), crossing the finish line of the 8K race with a time of 25:24.70
- Finished 26th at the SEC Championships (11/1/19) and set a new 8K personal best with a time of 23:48.90
- Earned a top-40 finish at the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/15/19), finishing 34th with a 10K time of 31:46.5
2019 Outdoor
- Placed first in the 800 meter run with a 1:53.61 mark at the Herm Wilson Invitational (3/23/19)
- Took third at the Stanford Invitational (3/29/19) in the 1500 meter run with a time of 3:45.91
- Set a personal record and took second in the 800 meter run with a 1:49.78 mark at the John McDonnell Invitational (4/12/19)
- Took sixth in the 1500 meter run at the SEC Outdoor Championships (5/11/19) with a time of 3:50.52
- Took 17th in the 1500 meter run in the final round of the NCAA West Preliminary (5/25/19) with a time of 3:43.75
2019 Indoor
- Won the 600m run with a 1:21.05 mark at the Missouri Intercollegiate (1/11/19)
- Set a personal best and finished fifth with a 4:03.76 time in the mile run at the Husker Invitational (2/2/19)
2018 Cross Country
- Set a personal best in the 8,000m and finished 34th overall with a time of 23:58.47 at the SEC Championships (10/26/18)
- Finished 94th overall and set a personal best with a 32:52.00 time at the NCAA Midwest Regionals (9/9/18)
