2018 SEASON
Had a breakout freshman season and became a dependable weapon at wideout, which was a key as the Tiger receiving corps got hit with the injury bug early and often on the year … Played in 12 games, and started eight times, while catching 27 passes for 419 yards (15.5 average) and three touchdowns … His yardage total was the most by a Mizzou true freshman receiver since 2016, and ranked as the fourth-most ever in a season by any true freshman … Twice was named SEC Freshman of the Week, for his performances at Purdue (9/15) and later against Memphis (10/20) … Keyed Mizzou’s big road win at Purdue, as he caught five passes for 110 yards and his first collegiate score, which came on a pretty 59-yard catch-and-run strike from quarterback Drew Lock … Later turned in another big game in MU’s Homecoming win over Memphis, with five receptions for 104 yards and a touchdown … Scored Mizzou’s sole touchdown at No. 1 Alabama (10/13) when he got loose in the back of the endzone for a 20-yard catch that made it 13-10 ‘Bama late in the first quarter … He would end that game with a team-best 61 receiving yards on three receptions.
