- Wrapped up the indoor campaign by finishing the 3000m in 9:42.73 at the SEC Indoor Championships (Feb. 24)

- Finished 17th with a 18:37.3 time in the 5k at the Mizzou XC Opener (Sept. 1)
- Ran the 6k in 22:25.4 at the Gans Creek Invitational (Sept. 29)
- Crossed the line in 22:11.5 in the 6k at the XC23 College & Open (Oct. 14)
- Earned a 21:39.8 time in the 6k at the SEC Championships (Oct. 27)

- Recorded a time of 16:49.24 in the 5000m at the Raleigh Relays (Mar. 23-25)

- Placed second in 3000m at the Mark Colligan Memorial (Jan. 21) with a time of 9:45.25
- Took sixth in 3000m with a time of 9:29.76 at the Indian University Relays (Jan. 27-28)
- Completed the mile with a time of 4:45.49 at the Music City Challenge (Feb.11)
- Finished 13th in 3000m with a 9:32.70 time at the SEC Indoor Championships (Feb. 25)

- Paced Missouri across the line with a 5k time of 18:14.5 at the Mizzou XC Opener (Sept. 1)
- Led the Tigers and finishd 24th at the Gans Creek Classic (Sept. 30) 6k in 21:00.7
- Crossed the line at a 21st finish in the John McNichols Invitational (Sept.17) 5k, with a time of 18:13.2.
- Finished 23rd at the SEC Cross Country Championship 6k with a time of 20:32:61 (Oct. 29)

Outdoor
- Ran the 5000 in 17:05.08 at the Raleigh Relays (Mar. 24-26th)
- Took second in the 1500 (4:31.96) at the John McDonnell Invitational (April 7-8th)
- Placed eighth in the 800 (2:11.49) and 4th in the 5000 (17:15.16) at the Crimson Tide Invitational (April 22-23rd)
- Completed the 1500 (4:29.82) and the 5000 (17:14.80) at the SEC Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 12-14th)

- Finished seventh in the 3,000m run at Arkansas Qualifier (2/5/21) with a 10:04.95 time

- Set a personal record and took fifth place in the 3000m run at the Aggie Invitational (1/25/20) with a time of 9:55.95
- Finished fourth in the mile run with a personal-best time of 5:01.71 at the Tyson Invitational (2/14/20)
- Competed in the SEC Indoor Championships (2/29/20), placing 38th in the 3000m run with a time of 9:57.57
