Connor Mammola joined the University of Missouri softball staff as a Pitching Coordinator in August 2025. He works under the direction of the head coach to aid in the development process of the pitching staff, with responsibilities that include data analysis and plan implementation.
Mammola previously served as an undergraduate manager at LSU in 2023 and at Washington from 2024 to 2025. During the 2023 season, LSU was nationally ranked and made it to the NCAA Regionals as the No. 11 seed. Over his two years at Washington, the Huskies were a combined 67-34 and earned a spot in the NCAA Regional both years.
A native of Pawling, New York, Mammola earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington.
He is the son of Kerry and Mark Mammola and has three siblings, Mikaela, Logan and Gavin.
