- Had an excellent career under head coach Anthony Gilich at Central Arizona College
- CAC went 42-23 while he had 24 strikeouts on the mound during the 2017 season
- Had an outstanding career under head coach Ryan Bethel at Millennium High School
- Went 7-1 on the mound with a 1.23 ERA and 84 strikeouts his senior year
- He also hit .342 with 19 RBI
- Selected as 2015 Section Player of the Year
- Received Perfect Game Honorable Mention All-American and West All- Region 1st Team in 2015
- Helped lead MHS to a Division Championship
