- Threw 2.1 innings against Eastern Michigan (2/18) for his first appearance at Mizzou, striking out four and allowing just one earned run in a 27-9 win.
- Tossed 0.2 shutout innings against Arkansas-Pine Bluff (4/12)
- Best outing on the year came against Texas A&M (4/28) as he tossed 2.1 innings, allowing just one hit while striking out a career-high six batters
- Also pitched a shutout inning at Vanderbilt (5/7), striking out one without allowing a baserunner.
2016 Fall
- Made three appearances for Team Black in the Fall World Series, amassing 6.1 innings.
- Allowed two earned runs for a 2.84 ERA with three strikeouts.
Before Mizzou
- Two-way standout under head coach Brad Hagedorn at Seckman High School in Imperial, Mo.
- Named First Team All-Conference as both a pitcher and utility man during his senior season at Imperial
- Named First Team All-District as a pitcher during his senior season
- First Team All-Conference as both a pitcher and shortstop as a junior and was an honorable mention all-conference performer as a sophomore
- Guided Seckman to a district championship as a junior
- Played at St. Louis Community College, hitting and pitching
- Compiled a 7-2 record in 2015 in 58.2 innings while boasting a 4.91 earned run average.
- Ranked 32nd in all of NJCAA Division I with his 10.28 strikeouts per game average, striking out 67 total batters in 58.2 innings.
