Basler joins the Tigers after spending his freshman season at Division I Charleston Southern and transitioning to Kansas City Kansas CC, where he paired up with fellow Tiger signee Gehrig Goldbeck on the Devils infield last spring ... batted .328 with 68 runs scored, 26 steals, four homers and 45 RBIs to earn All-KJCCC honors as at second base for a Devils squad that went 47-12 in 2024.

HIGH SCHOOL
The middle infielder was rated as the No. 12 overall Class of 2021 prospect in the state of Kansas coming out of Lansing High School by PBR ... as a freshman at CSU, he played in 50 contests, starting 38 and finishing with a .381 on-base percentage and 16 RBIs.
