REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE (2022 at Arizona)
Limited to just 28.2 innings of work across 13 games, including nine starts, due to injury... posted a season ERA of 9.73 with a 1-2 record... worked a season high 5.2 innings in a start against Nevada (April 28)... earned the win in an April start against Washington State, allowing five hits and no runs while sitting down two batters... got the start against the eventual national champion, Ole Miss, in the NCAA Coral Gables Regional Finals, lasting 1.1 innings and allowing three hits and four runs with a strikeout.
REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2021 at Arizona)
Made 20 appearances and made eight starts for the Wildcats in his second collegiate campaign... led Arizona’s qualified pitchers with a season ERA of 4.29... opened the year in the starting rotation before making a mostly-permanent move to the bullpen entering Pac-12 play... limited opposing hitters to a .285 batting average... turned in a career performance on April 1 at Arizona State to earn Pac-12 Pitcher of the Week Honors; worked 5.0 hitless innings of relief with career-high eight strikeouts in a WIldcat victory... earned the win in the final game of the NCAA Tuscon Regional Finals versus UC Santa Barbara, collecting the victory in 5.0 innings of work while allowing just one run and striking out three... appeared in relief in the Wildcats’ College World Series matchup against Stanfordm where he surrendered his only home run of the season
FRESHMAN (2020 at Arizona)
Made four starts in his first year in Tuscon before the cancellation of the season due to the COVID-19 pandemic... went 2-0 with a team-best 2.70 ERA and 19 strikeouts... opened collegiate career with 10.2 innings of scoreless work, the first Arizona true freshman to accomplish the feat during the StatCrew era (1998-present)... limited opposing hitters to a .203 batting average, the lowest mark among qualified Wildcat pitchers... made collegiate debut on Feb. 16 vs. Albany and worked 5.0 scoreless innings, allowing just three hits and striking out seven... worked a season-high 5.1 innings in the Tony Gwynn Legacy game against Nebraska (Feb. 23) allowing just two hits an done run while sitting down seven batters in the process
