• Opened the indoor season by posting a meet records in the 200m dash (21.55) and 4x400m relay (3:24.41) at the Mizzou Holiday Opener (12/6/19)
• Finished first in the 200m dash at the Missouri Intercollegiate (1/17/20) with a time of 21.49
• Posted the eighth-best time in program history in the 400m dash at 47.58 with a second-place finish at the Razorback Invitational (2/1/20)
• Posted first-place finishes in the 60m dash (6.88) and 200m dash (21.68) at the Mizzou Open (2/7/20)
• Finished eighth in the 400m dash with a time of 47.86 at the Tyson Invitational (2/14/20)

Jayson ran for St. Louis University High School in St. Louis, Mo., under the direction of head coach Joe Porter … He was a six-time MSHSAA All-State honoree and state champion in the 200m dash as a junior in 2016 … TRACK & FIELD … Jayson helped lead SLUH to four conference championships during his time as a prep, earning All-State honors six times … As a sophomore, finished runner-up in the 200m dash (21.78) and sixth in the 400m dash (49.55) at the 2015 MSHSAA State Track & Field Championships … Posted a personal record in the 200m dash at the 2016 Great Southwest Classic, finishing first in the event with a time of 21.13 … Earned three top-five finishes at the 2016 State Track meet as a junior, winning the state championship in the 200m dash (21.39), while finishing third in the 100m dash (10.72) and fifth in the 400m dash (49.40) … Qualified for the USATF National Junior Olympic Track & Field Championships in the summer of 2016, finishing second in the 100m dash prelims and third in the 200m dash prelims … As a senior, posted runner-up finishes in three events at the 2017 Missouri State Track meet, placing second in the 100m dash (10.85), 200m dash (21.74) and 400m dash (49.24).
