Indoor Track - Sean competed in four meets during the indoor season, starting with the Border Battle where he was eighth in the weight throw competition (13.86m // 45-5.75)...He improved on that mark consistently throughout the season, marking in at 14.00m (45-11.25) to take 11th at the Missouri Invitational and hitting a new PR at the Tiger Invitational with his toss of 14.24m (46-8.75) for eighth in the field...He closed his season with a 12th-place finish at the Missouri Collegiate Challenge.

Outdoor Track - Sean focused on the hammer throw during each of his five meets during the outdoor season...He was the seventh-place finisher in his first three meets, tossing 48.63m (159-6) at the Vanderbilt Black & Gold Invitational, 48.23m (158-3) at the John McDonnell Invitational, and hitting a new PR of 48.81m (160-2) during the SIUE Gateway Invitational...He was fifth at the ESU Mid-Week Open with a toss of 48.42m (158-10) before closing his season with a seventh-place finish at the Tom Botts Invitational (48.36m // 158-8).
