Outdoor Track – Competed exclusively in the 400m dash during the outdoor season, running in six meets for the Tigers … Earned highest finish of the year at the Tom Botts Invitational, running a season-best 57.60 while finishing 12^th … Finished 17^th at the John McDonnell Invitational and the Memphis Invitational, finishing at 57.76 and 58.09, respectively … Competed in the SEC Championships, finishing 37^th with a time of 59.65.

Indoor Track - Erika's sophomore season started at the Border Battle, where she placed 11th in her sole 600m run of the season (1:39.19)...She moved up to the 800m run at the Missouri Invitational, crossing in ninth (2:26.40)...She focused on the 400m dash for the remainder of the season, starting at the Tiger Invitational where she crossed in sixth (1:00.24)...Erika ended her season at the Missouri Collegiate Challenge, where she crossed in 11th.

Outdoor Track - Erika had a break-out season, starting at the Vanderbilt Black & Gold Invitational where she was 12th across the line in the 400m dash...She improved upon that time consistently throughout the season, starting at the John McDonnell Invitational where she crossed in 19th with a final time of 58.65...She was a member of the 4x400m team at the Drake Relays before closing her regular season at the John McDonnell Invitational with a final time of 57.72 for fourth in the field...She earned a PR at the SEC Championships, finishing 26th overall in 57.30...She was a member of the Mizzou School Record 4x400m team at the SEC Championships, where they finished 11th in 3:40.68.

Erika competed at Blue Valley HS for coach Mark Hensen...She helped her team to a Conference Championship title in 2011...Later that year, she earned an All-State honor after finishing second at the MSHSAA State Championship in the 4x400m...She also participated in basketball throughout high school, playing on the varsity squad all four years...She was Conference Honorable Mention in 2011 and made First Team All-Conference in 2012...She broke three school records on the court her senior season - Most Points Scored Throughout the Season (343), Most Points Scored During a Game (34), and Highest Average Score per Game (16.3)...Was a member of the swim team, making it to the MSHSAA State Championships her freshman year.

Parents are Vercie and Lisa...Born July 10, 1994 in Houston, Tx....Was a member of the National Honor Society (2010-12) and made the Principal's Honor Roll all through high school...She is studying Health Sciences.
