  • Four stolen bases at Ole Miss (March 11) were the most in a single game by an SEC player in 2016

REDSHIRT JUNIOR (2015)

  • Remained one of Mizzou's top hitting and speed threats after producing a .347 AVG (66-for-190) and 40 stolen bases in 43 attempts
  • Her 40 stolen bases marked the second straight season with 40-plus swipes (46 in 2014)
  • Upped her career stolen base success rate to an incredible .911 (92-for-101)
  • Is now 3rd all-time at Mizzou for stolen bases in career with 92 swipes
  • Was 4-for-11 with four steals in three games during the NCAA Columbia Regional (May 15-17)
  • Went 2-for-3 with two hits, two runs scored, an RBI and a walk in comeback win over UNI (April 29)
  • Swiped a career-high four bases vs. Iowa (April 22), spraying four hits for the second time in her career
  • Was 4-for-5 with two runs scored and three steals in the series finale vs. Arkansas (April 19)
  • Had an oustanding weekend at Mary Nutter Classic (Feb. 19-21), hitting .471 in five games (8-of-17), with a walk, four runs and a perfect 6-of-6 in stolen bases

REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE (2014)

  • One of the breakout players in college softball, earning NFCA All-America Third Team recognition after batting a team-leading .421 and stealing an SEC-best 46 bases
  • Her .421 batting average ranked fifth in the SEC and 33rd nationally, and also sits as the third-best single-season mark in Mizzou softball history
  • Earned First Team All-SEC recognition, as well as a spot on the NFCA All-Southeast Region Second Team
  • Racked up 85 hits in 202 at-bats as a redshirt sophomore after a redshirt freshman season that brought in just three hits in 29 at-bats (.103)
  • Her 85 hits rank tied for the second-most single-season total in program history, while her 202 at-bats (6th), 55 runs scored (5th) and 46 stolen bases (T-3rd) all ranked in the program's all-time single-season top-10
  • Recorded a team-best 26 multi-hit games, including seven three-hit outings and one impressive four-hit occasion
  • Stole multiple bases in 12 games last season, including a four-game stretch of two-steal games at Auburn (April 12-13) and at Iowa (April 16)
  • Set then-career bests in hits (3, vs. No. 15 Baylor) and stolen bases (3, vs. No. 14 Arizona) at the Mary Nutter Collegiate Classic (Feb. 20-22) in Cathedral City, Calif., with her seven steals in the Classic leading the entire event
  • Became one of 17 players to have a four-hit game in head coach Ehren Earleywine's tenure at Mizzou with her 4-for-5 batting performance vs. Illinois State (March 1)
  • Second career three-steal game in the 7-3 win at Evansville in game one of the DH (March 11), while also batting 3-for-4 from the plate
  • Recorded a hit in Mizzou's games from Feb. 16-March 29 for a 29-game hitting streak, besting former Mizzou great and three-time All-American Rhea Taylor's 18-game hitting streak in 2010
  • Responded with a 3-hit game in the first contest following the snapping of her hitting streak, batting 3-for-4 with one stolen base in the 6-0 win at Mississippi State (April 4)
  • Finished the final two victories of the series sweep at No. 20 Auburn (April 12-13) with two-hit, two-steal games, including a double in the sweep-clinching, 7-6 win on April 13
  • Superb performance from the batter's box and on the base paths in the doubleheader at Iowa (April 16), batting 5-for-8 (.625) overall and stealing four bases over the two games
  • Batted 3-for-4 with two runs scored in Mizzou's series-opening 5-3 win at No. 3 Florida (April 25)
  • Recorded a hit in each game of the series vs. No. 6 Alabama, including a 2-for-4 game in the series finale on May 3

REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2013)

  • Appeared in 40 games for Mizzou in her first season, starting nine games in the outfield and becoming a regular pinch-running option
  • Two of her three hits on the season came in the same game, a two-hit day in the second game of the Georgia Tech doubleheader (March 23), a five-inning, 16-0 win
  • The 2-for-2 batting performance also included one RBI. Gadbois scored a season-best two runs in the five-inning, 13-1 win 
  • Went 6-for-7 in stolen bases, including a season-best two steals in the 2-1 win vs. San Diego State in Palm Springs, Calif.

FRESHMAN (2012)

  • Took a redshirt in his first year with Mizzou

HIGH SCHOOL (MARYVILLE)

  • Played shortstop for the Maryville Spoofhounds for head coach Jacque Conn, where she was a four-time All-Conference selection, three-time All-District and All-Region honoree and earned two All-State nods
  • Posted a .571 career batting average in high school and holds school records for hits in a season (44), hits a game (five, twice), stolen bases in a season (35), career stolen bases (97), stolen bases in a game (four), runs scored in a season (39) and runs scored in a career (112)
  • Competed for Team Power club team

  • Taylor Gadbois was born to Maurice "Moe" Gadbois and Dana Austin on April 9, 1993 in Omaha, Neb.
  • Has an older sister, Jordan, and younger brother, Derek
  • Both of her parents played sports for Tarkio College, as her dad, Moe, played baseball for the Owls. Her mother, Dana, competed in softball and track for both Tarkio and Northwest Missouri State
  • Sister, Jordan, played shortstop for Northwest Missouri State (2011-13)
  • Majoring in parks, recreation and tourism
