2022 Cross Country

• Began the season with a time of 19:18.9 in Mizzou XC Opener 6k (Sept. 1)

2022 Outdoor 

• Raced to a fourth place finish in the 1500 at the John McDonnell Invitational (April 7- 8)
• Placed second in the 1500 with a time of 3:41.75 at the Crimson Tide Invitational (April 22-23)
• Ran the 800 with a time of 1:52.11 Crimson Tide Invitational (April 22-23)
• Notched fourth place in the 4x800 relay with a time of 7:22.27 at Drake Relays (April 27-30)
• Ran the 1500 at the NCAA West Preliminary Round (May 25-28, 2022) with a time of 3:56.99
• Finished the 6k with a time of 19:18.9 at the Mizzou XC Opener (Sept. 1, 2022)

2022 Indoor

• Took fifth at the Razorback Invitational (Jan. 28-29) in DMR with a time of 9:42.27

2021 Outdoor

• Qualified in the 1500 for the NCAA West Preliminary Round
• Finished eighth in the 1500 at the SEC Championships with a 3:43.90
• Set a season-best in the 1500 at the Drake Relays (4/23/21) with a 3:43.19
• Ran a season-best 14:04.40 in the 5000m at the War Eagle Invitational (4/16/21) to finish third
• Won the 1500 at the Tom Botts Invitational (4/9/21) with a time of 3:46.12

2020 Cross Country

• Shot onto the scene in 2020 finishing third at the Commodore Classic (9/26/20) with a 24:37.8 time, earning SEC Freshman of the Week.
• Finished fourth at the Gans Creek Classic (10/3/20), setting a season low time of 24:13.7 and helping the team win the race.
• At the SEC XC Championships, he finished 41st, good to qualify for the All-SEC Freshman team.
