FALL RECAP
The Tigers competed in five tournaments during the fall season, totalling two team titles and two second place finishes during that stretch. In a dominant 16-stroke victory to open the season at the Sam Golden Invitational, freshman Ebba Liljeberg's second round 61 set the single-round program record and paved the way for a nine shot individual crown. Two weeks later, Mizzou claimed another title at home in the Johnie Imes Invitational that saw four Tigers place inside the top-5.
Ebba Liljeberg led the team with a 71.64-stroke average, on pace to break the single-season program record. She became the first Tiger since Latitia Moses in 1995 to claim an individual title in their first collegiate tournament. Currently, Liljeberg is ranked the No. 82 golfer in the country.
Seniors Melanie Walker and Addie Dobson both recorded career-low 54-hole scores at the Sam Golden Invitational, and are entering the spring season with a stroke average of 72.5.
Junior Fleur van Beek placed in the top-15 in four-of-five tournaments in the fall, turning in a 72.78 stroke average for the season.
