
Women's Golf Claims Third Victory of the Year With win at Westbrook Invitational

COLUMBIA, Mo. – Mizzou women's golf claimed its third victory of the year with a 37-under par championship performance at the Westbrook Invitational on Monday.
Mizzou posted a tournament-best 17-under third round to close the tournament atop the leaderboard.
The three victories is the most for a single year since Mizzou claimed a trio during the 2004-05 season.
Freshman Ebba Liljeberg headlined the Tigers and finished with a seven-under 65 on Monday to claim third in the tournament. For Liljeberg, the performance marks her fourth top-five finish of the year.
Senior Addie Dobson moved up 21 spots on Monday with a six-under 66 to place 31st overall. Dobson finished two under through the three rounds of competition.
Senior Jade Zamora finished 11th at seven under following a one-under 71 final round.
Junior Fleur van Beek and freshman Addie Surber finished tied for 16th with a two-under and three-under third rounds, respectively.
Senior Melanie Walker rounded out the Tiger performers and finished 21 in the tournament at four under. Walker carded a two under 70 in round three to help Mizzou claim the title.

Mizzou will be back in action at the Valspar Augusta Invitational on March 14-15 at the Forest Hills Golf Club in August, Georgia.
