LAKE ELMO, Minn. – Mizzou women's golf wrapped up second-round action Tuesday at the ANNIKA Intercollegiate, carding a 16-over 304 in the second round to sit at 29-over through 36 holes at the Royal Golf Club.
Senior Fleur van Beek continued to pace the Tigers, firing an even-par 72 in Tuesday's second round. Van Beek recorded three birdies, including back-to-back red numbers on holes two and three to put her tied for 17th overall at one-over par through two rounds.
Junior Alexandra Berglund posted Mizzou's second-best score of the day with a two-over 74. Berglund highlighted her round with four birdies to jump into a tie for 44th place at seven-over for the tournament.
Freshman Page Bowman and sophomore Grace Crawford each shot a seven-over 79 on Tuesday in the second round of their Mizzou careers. Sophomore Addie Surber posted an eight-over 80 to round out the Tigers’ Tuesday scorecard.
Heading into Wednesday's final round, Mizzou sits in 10th place in a stacked 12-team field composed entirely of power-conference programs.
