COLUMBIA, Mo. – Mizzou softball announced its 2026 fall schedule on Friday, Aug. 21, featuring five home games and a matchup against Professional Softball League (PSL) member – Kansas City Diamonds.

All five home exhibitions will be played at Mizzou Softball Stadium and will be free to the public.

The Tigers open the fall season at home with a 10-inning game against in-state rival, Missouri State, at 5 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 2. Mizzou’s other home events include a 10-inning game at 6 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 23 against Lindenwood, a doubleheader featuring UA Rich Mountain at 11 a.m. and Three Rivers C.C. at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 24. The Tigers will officially wrap up the preseason with a 10-inning game versus Iowa at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 25.

Mizzou’s road portion of the schedule begins with a Border Showdown game against Kansas at 5 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 9 in Lawrence, Kansas.

MU’s road series continues as it competes in the inaugural Diamonds University Classic presented by Hy-Vee on Saturday, Oct. 17 in Kansas City, Kan. The Tigers open the classic with a game against Kansas City’s professional softball team – KC Diamonds – at 1 p.m., before following that with a game against Wichita State at 4 p.m., with both games happening at Legends Stadium.
