As college athletics continue to prioritize direct fan relationships and first-party data, connected digital experiences have become essential to delivering more personalized engagement and strengthening fan loyalty. As one of the first college athletics programs to implement WMT Fan ID, Mizzou is establishing a single, secure identity that connects every fan interaction across its digital ecosystem – creating a seamless, personalized experience for Tiger fans.
Built on WMT Digital’s Astra platform, Missouri’s new website and mobile app bring together content, ticketing and fan identity into one connected experience. Through Mizzou ID, fans can use a single login across Mizzou Athletics’ digital properties, making it easier than ever to access tickets, follow their favorite teams, and receive experiences tailored to their interests. Rather than treating every visit as a new interaction, Mizzou ID creates a persistent first-party connection that helps Mizzou Athletics better understand fan interests and deliver increasingly relevant experiences over time, building stronger relationships with every Tiger fan.
