Volleyball Hosts Fast 4 Show Me Love Nights

COLUMBIA, Mo. – Mizzou volleyball will host four Fast 4 Show Me Love Nights over the course of July, starting at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, July 8, at Hearnes Center.

The Fast 4 Nights feature an hour of learning, competition and fast-paced volleyball action with the Mizzou coaching staff. The event will be split into two sessions: girls ages 8-14 from 6-7 p.m., followed by girls ages 15-18 and all boys from 7-8 p.m. Register for the event here; each session will cost $15 at the door.

EVENTS:

Each session includes 15 minutes of position-specific instruction:

  • Attackers
  • Setters
  • Defenders

45 minutes of Fast 4's Competition

Our Fast 4's format is a Queen of the Court-style 4-on-4 competition where teams play 15-minute rounds and move courts based on wins and losses. The result is a high-energy environment where athletes can compete, improve their game and meet new teammates.
