Women's Golf Climbs Leaderboard During Second Round of MountainView Collegiate

Tucson, Ariz. – Mizzou women's golf climbed seven spots up the leaderboard and is tied for sixth following a 6-under second round of play in the MountainView Collegiate on Saturday at the Preserve att Saddlebrooke.

Tucson, Ariz. – Mizzou women's golf climbed seven spots up the leaderboard and is tied for sixth following a 6-under second round of play in the MountainView Collegiate on Saturday at the Preserve att Saddlebrooke.

Mizzou, who shot the second lowest score of the day, is now 3-over in the tournament following 36 holes.

Freshman Ebba Liljeberg guided the Tigers and carded a 3-under 69 and is now 13th in the individual standings at 1-under.

Senior Addie Dobson, senior Melanie Walker and sophomore Alexandra Berglund (individual), all submitted 2-under performances.

Following an even par round one, Dobson is ninth after climbing 10 competitors. Walker and Berglund leapfrogged 31 competitors in the field with their play and are both 2-over through two rounds.

Freshman Addie Surber, competing individually, shot a second-consecutive round of even par and heads into tomorrow's final round in 18th.
