Chelsea Thomas (2009-13, MU HOF) - P
- She was a three-time NFCA First-Team All-American (2011, 12, 13) – the only Tiger with three first-team honors
- She was also conference pitcher of the year three times, winning the award in 2011-12 in the Big 12 Conference and again in 2013 in the SEC
- She helped lead the Tigers to the 2011 Women's College World Series with a dominant season that included an MU-record 32 wins and 397 strikeouts
- She set numerous school records, including career wins (111), strikeouts (1,174), no-hitters (10, eight solo) and perfect games (four, three solo)
- She posted a career record of 111-31 with an earned run average of just 1.23
- She excelled in the classroom, where she earned second-team CoSIDA academic all-America honors in 2012, while also being named academic all-conference three times
- Mizzou reached the Women's College World Series in each of her first three seasons, winning 50 games in 2009, and following with 51 wins in 2010 and a program-best 53 in 2011
Teresa Wilson (1980-83 MU HOF) - P
- First softball player tabbed for the MU Intercollegiate Athletics Hall of Fame
- Twice won All-Big Eight Conference honors, twice was named to the all-region team, and earned All-America status in 1983
- She set a host of Missouri records including victories in a season (32) and career victories (105)
- She threw 55 shutouts in her career, contributing to her career ERA of 0.47
Barb Riti Wright (1994-97 MU HOF) - P
- First first-team softball All-American in Mizzou history
- She was named Big 12 Conference Player of the Year and earned first-team All-America honors as a senior in 1997, after leading MU to a 47-16 record and Big 12 Conference regular season and tournament titles
- Wright was the Big 12 Tournament Most Valuable Player in 1997 and is the only Tiger softball player to win league player of the year and conference tournament MVP honors.
- She was a two-time All-Midwest Regional selection (1996 & 1997), and played on MU teams that went to NCAA regionals three times (1994, 1996 & 1997)
- Wright left Mizzou ranked in virtually every MU career pitching and offensive top-10 category, including: home runs (24), RBI (139), slugging percentage (.559), wins (78), games pitched (143), complete games (80), innings pitched (747), strikeouts (476), hits (184), doubles (34), win-loss percentage (.690), triples (13), shutouts (17), and batting average (.329)
- Wright was a three-time academic all-conference selection
- Wright was an alternate for the 1996 Canadian Olympic Team
Karen Snelgrove (1989-92 MU HOF) - OF
- A two-time all-American, Snelgrove was the second softball player to be inducted into the MU Athletic Hall of Fame
- Snelgrove led the nation in earned run average in 1991 and tossed four perfect games during her Tiger career
- She had a career record of 78-29, including a 25-6 mark in 1991
- She still holds school records, including season ERA (0.18) and career ERA (0.38)
- She was an Academic all-American in 1991 and was named to the Big Eight Conference All-Tournament Team four times

Mary Babb (1994-97 MU HOF) - INF
- Babb joined the softball program as a walk-on
- She was an All-American as a senior when she helped lead MU to Big 12 Conference regular-season and post-season championships
- She hit the game-winning home runs in both the tournament semifinal (vs. Oklahoma) and in the championship game (vs. Oklahoma State)
- Babb was also named 1997 All-Midwest Region and played on three MU squads that went to NCAA Regional competition (1994-1996-1997)
- Babb was All-Big Eight in 1994 and 1995 and All-Big 12 in 1997
- She earned Big Eight Freshman-of-the-Year honors in 1994 after leading the team in batting average at .330
- She left Mizzou holding seven career records including hits (262), at bats (762), doubles (51), home runs (26), runs scored (164), runs batted in (199) and slugging percentage (.571), and ranked in the top-three in nine single-season categories

Rhea Taylor (2008-11 MU HOF) - OF
- She helped lead the Tigers to three-straight Women's College World Series (2009-11)
- She was a three-time National Fastpitch Coaches' Association All-American (second team in 2008, third team in both 2010 and 2011)
- She was a four-time NFCA All-Midwest Selection – the only Tiger in history so recognized
- Four-time All-Big 12 Conference selection
- She set Mizzou career records in batting average (.402), hits (315), runs (234) and stolen bases (184)
- She hit a school-record .452 as a junior in 2010 and that year had an 18-game hitting streak
- She also set MU single-season records for hits (88), runs (64) and stolen bases (57) – all achieved during her freshman season of 2008, when she won the Big 12 Conference Freshman of the Year Award
- She was named to the 2010 Women's College World Series All-Tournament Team and was twice a Big 12 All-Tournament Selection

- Earned NSCA (2000) and ASA All-America recognition, as well as academic All-America honors from the National Fastpitch Coaches Association
- She finished her career ranked among the top 10 in nine career statistical categories, helping the Tigers make two NCAA regional appearances and earn the 1997 Big 12 Conference regular-season and tournament championships
Kim Slover (1995-99) - 1B
- Kim Slover was a member of the Tiger's 1995-99 team, playing first base. During her career at Mizzou, Slover collected numerous accolades including being named an NCSA All-American after the 1999 season
- Besides earning All-American, Slover was named an All-Big 12 Conference player in 1996, 1997, and 1999, as well as an All-Midwest region player in 1999. After helping the team make it to three NCAA regionals during her time as a Tiger, she was named to the NCAA Regional All-Tournament Team for both the 1997 and 1999 runs
- Slover also left a mark on multiple secions of MU's record book, reigning as the team's top hitters in both 1996 (.363) and 1997 (.379). She also ranks 10th in Mizzou history with an overall batting average of .346 over her career
- On the field, she recorded 1,172 career putouts, ranking fifth in school history, with 406 putouts in 1999 alone. Additionally, she ranks 10th overall for her fielding percentage (.989) throughout her time at Mizzou
- Slover was inducted into the St. Louis Softball Hall of Fame in 2020
- She was drafted and played professionally with the Georgia Pride the Summer of 1999
