University of Missouri men's basketball is making its mark on the national stage, entering the top-25 rankings for the first time this season on Monday.
The Tigers received the No. 22 spot in the AP Poll and No. 24 in the USA Today Coaches poll, earning a ranking for the first time since the final poll of the 2022-23 season.
The Tigers are off to their best start in conference play since joining the SEC with a 4-1 record and their 15-3 overall record represents Mizzou's best start through 18 games since 2011-12 when it opened the season 17-1.
Missouri carries a four-game SEC winning streak into the rankings, as it looks to match its longest winning streak in SEC play on Tuesday, Jan. 21 at Texas. Tipoff is set for 8 p.m. on SEC Network.
