COLUMBIA, Mo. – University of Missouri volleyball head coach Dawn Sullivan and her staff announced Wednesday the addition of transfer Grace O'Reilly.
O'Reilly, a 6-1 right-side hitter, returns to her home state of Missouri after spending the past two seasons at Long Beach State.
The Springfield, Missouri, native, registered 48 kills, 23 blocks and 11 digs over 10 matches during her redshirt freshman campaign at LBSU in 2024.
O'Reilly notched a career-best nine kills on a .615 hitting percentage with a trio of blocks in a four-set win over UC San Diego on Nov. 12.
She also notched double-digit points (12.5) in her second career collegiate match, totaling eight kills, a career-high nine blocks and two digs versus UC Davis (Nov. 2).
Prior to LBSU, O'Reilly was a three-time all-state selection and the 2022 Southwest Missouri Player of the Year while competing at Springfield Catholic High School. She also was a two-time all-state selection in track and field, capturing the high jump state title in 2022.
Grace O'Reilly's brother, Liam, is a wide receiver on the Missouri State football team while their father, Tim, played basketball at Westminster University.
Sullivan and her staff have now signed three transfers for the upcoming season. Grace O'Reilly joins Trinity Luckett and Caylen Alexander as the Tigers' newest additions. The trio will head to Missouri this semester ahead of the 2025 campaign.
