
Women's Basketball to Face Little Rock in Annual CPS Education Game

COLUMBIA, Mo. – University of Missouri women's basketball wraps up its two-game homestand at 11:30 a.m. on Friday against Little Rock. The contest will stream live on SEC Network+.
Missouri is coming off a dominant 112-59 victory over Saint Louis on Wednesday.
The 53-point win marked the largest win margin since the Tigers defeated Bradley 126-55 on Dec. 12, 2013.
Missouri surpassed triple digits for the first time since Feb. 23, 2017, against Ole Miss (100).
The Tigers tallied season-highs with 49 rebounds, 22 assists and 15 steals.
Five Tigers scored in double figures for the night, marking their first time doing so since Jan. 7, 2024, against Alabama.
Sophomore Abbey Schreacke led the Tigers with 19 points, notching five triples and shooting six-for-10 from the field.
Schreacke has totaled 45 points over the last two games and has led Missouri off the bench in each game this season.
The sophomore ranks third nationally with 24 3-pointers this season and sixth in the country with 4.0 per game. She also ranks fourth in the SEC in 3-point percentage (51.1).
As a team, the Tigers are second in the conference and 16th nationally in 3-point percentage at 42.1 percent.
Senior Laniah Randle tallied a season-high 15 points, making it her fifth game of the season recording double-digit points. Randle also added seven rebounds for the Tigers.
Sophomore Grace Slaughter notched 14 points and picked up three rebounds for Missouri. Slaughter is tied for 25th nationally with 25 free throw makes on the year.
Graduate Angelique Ngalakulondi tallied 11 points and notched seven rebounds.
Junior Ashton Judd rounded out scoring for Missouri with 10 points.
Friday will mark the first time the Tigers have faced Little Rock. The Trojans enter the contest 1-3 on the season following a loss against Kansas State on Monday.

The Trojans finished last season at 12-18 including an 11-7 mark in the Ohio Valley Conference. They were defeated by UT Martin in the semifinal round of the conference tournament.
Little Rock is coached by Steve Wiedower who is in his first season as head coach.
The Trojans roster is headlined by Faith Lee who averages 14.5 points per game.
Graduate Sug Williams contributes 11.0 points and 5.8 rebounds.
The contest will serve as the annual Columbia Public Schools education game. Missouri will welcome over 3,000 students to Mizzou Arena.
