Gymnastics to Participate in Second Open Intrasquad

COLUMBIA, Mo. – The University of Missouri gymnastics program will host its first of two open intrasquad practice meets on Saturday, November 16, at the Tiger Performance Complex at 10 a.m. with doors to open at 9:45 a.m. The Tigers will be competing in all four events with two events alternating at a time. Judges will score each routine.

The Tigers will be competing in all four events with two events alternating at a time. Judges will score each routine.

Free donuts will be given to fans while supplies last and Mizzou gymnastics merchandise will also be for purchase.

The Tiger Performance Complex is located at 251 Champions Drive in lot G to the right of the Stephens Indoor Football Facility. Fans are encouraged to park in any available spots.

Ahead of the 2025 season, head coach Shannon Welker landed four transfers and brought in a star-studded freshman class of five. Two-time All-American and three-time All-SEC gymnast Helen Hu announced her return to the roster and will use her final year of eligibility for the upcoming campaign in October.

Mizzou concluded the 2024 gymnastics season with a final national ranking of No. 11 according to RoadToNationals.com. The team finished its season in the NCAA Gainesville Regional Final, marking the fourth-straight season the Tigers appeared in a regional final. MU returns 12 members of the 2024 squad.

Season ticket renewals for the 2025 Mizzou gymnastics season are on sale now on MUTigers.com/Tickets. The Tigers will compete in eight conference meets, hosting a quad meet, Kentucky, Georgia and Auburn. Its SEC competition on the road will be at Oklahoma, LSU, Florida and Arkansas.
