LINCOLN, Neb. – The University of Missouri track and field team competed in its second meet of the 2023 indoor season Saturday at the Mark Colligan Memorial at the Bob Devaney Sports Center in Lincoln, Neb. The Tigers collected 17 podium placements between both track and field events.

NOTABLE FINISHES:

Missouri had two first-place finishers — Jacob Ridderhoff in the men's mile (4:06.76) and Jonathan Schmidt in the men's 800m (1:53.70).

Sydney Oberdiak placed highest in the field events, finishing second in the women's weight throw with a mark of 20.28m (66-06.50).

In the relays, the men's team of Marc Poland, Jr., Jayson Ashford, David Buckner and Zachary Charles placed third in the 4x400 (3:18.70).
