Indoor

• Opened his season with a 8:26.15 finish in the 3000m at the Vanderbilt Invitational (Jan. 20)
• Finished sixth in the mile run at a 4:13.20 pace in the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (Feb. 3)
• Notched a sixth-place finish in the 3000m at the Music City Challenge, crossing the line at 8:17.63 at the Music City Challenge (Feb. 10)
• Rounded out the indoor campaign by competing in the 5000m at the SEC Indoor Championships, finishing in 15:16.34 (Feb. 23)

Outdoor

• Recorded a time of 3:58.87 in the 1500m at the Raleigh Relays (Mar. 23-25)
• Competed in the 1500m collegiate with a time of 3:52.10 at the Mt. SAC Relays (April 14)

Indoor

• Finished on the podium in the 3000m at the Hawkeye Invitational, taking third place with a 8:39.07 run (Jan. 14)
• Took eighth in the mile with a time of 4:13.75 at the at the Mark Colligan Memorial (Jan. 21)
• Won the 5000m with a time of 14:44.56 at the Indiana University Relays (Jan. 27-28)
• Completed the 3000m in 8:23.76 at the Music City Challenge (Feb. 11)
• Ran the mile at the Music City Challenge (Feb. 11) with a time of 4:09.04
• Finished the 3000m in 8:28.72 at the SEC Indoor Championships (Feb. 25)
• Completed the 5000m with a 15:10.01 time at the SEC Indoor Championships (Feb. 25)
   

Cross Country

• Completed the 6k at the Mizzou XC Opener in 19:22.8 (Sept. 1)
• Came across the line in the John McNichols Invitational (Sept.17) 8k, posting a time of 26:01.5
• Posted a time of 25:07.1 in the Gans Creek Classic (Sept. 30) 8k
• Placed at the SEC Cross Country Championship 8k with a time of 27:00.31 (Oct. 29)

Outdoor

• Placed 8th in the 1500 in 3:57.70 at the Ole Miss Classic (March 25-26)
• Finished 6th in the 3000 in 8:50.37 at the John McDonnell Invitational (April 7-8)
• Completed the 800 in 1:57.84 at the John McDonnell Invitational (April 7-8,)
• Cruised to a 1st place finish in the 1500 in 3:56.13 at the Rock Chalk Classic (April 30)
• Completed the 800 in 2:07.93 in the Rockchalk Classic (April 30)
• Ran the 1500 in 4:00.69 at the SEC Outdoor Track and Field Championships (May 12- 14)

Indoor

• Posted a time of 4:17.91 in the mile at the Cyclone Open (Jan 22)
• Completed the 3000 in 8:40.83 at the Razorback Invitational (Jan 28-29)
• Finished the 3000 in 8:40, 18 at the Tyson Invitational (Feb 11-12)

Outdoor

• Ran season-bests in the 800m and 1500m at the Mizzou Spring Opener

• Ran season-bests in the 800m and the mile at the Music City Challenge

• Finished 25th at the Gans Creek Classic (10/3/20) with a 25:38.0 time.
