Volleyball Falls 3-0 to Georgia

COLUMBIA, Mo. – Mizzou volleyball (4-23, 1-13 SEC) fell 25-13, 25-21, 25-17 to Georgia (9-15, 8-5 SEC) on Saturday.

COLUMBIA, Mo. – Mizzou volleyball (4-23, 1-13 SEC) fell 25-13, 25-21, 25-17 to Georgia (9-15, 8-5 SEC) on Saturday. 

Freshman Kayla Burbage and Freshman Trista Strasser paced the Tigers with seven kills apiece. Freshman Jordan Iliff produced six kills.

For the Bulldogs, Kacie Evans had 14 kills. While Kayla Rivera contributed 9 kills.

Kaylee Cox: 6 kills, 9 digs, 1 block

Nicole Alford: 15 assists, 4 digs

Trista Strasser: 7 kills, 1 ace

  • Graduate student Nicole Alford led the team in assists with 15, while Freshman Skylar Buckley dished out 9 assists on the night.
