QUOTABLES
Mizzou head coach Colt Gaston
"I was very proud of our team tonight. I thought we did a great job executing in the doubles point. Wichita State has won some big doubles points this season, and we knew that was a huge part of the match today. Winning that point was a big momentum swing for us. In this match, starting well in the singles was our biggest goal and I thought everyone did a phenomenal job of that and that really created a great energy we could feed off of on all the courts. We will look to keep building on that in practice tomorrow to prepare for Sunday. Thank you to our great fans who came out today. Your support really helped us win today."
UP NEXT
Next, Mizzou will host Old Dominion and Bradley for a doubleheader on Sunday, with matches beginning at 10 a.m. CT and 3 p.m. CT, respectively.
