Holt Jr., Cornelius, Misner and James all produce multi-RBI games
EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. – Mizzou Baseball (23-11-1) recorded its third consecutive win Tuesday, producing a 10-3 victory over SIUE at Simmons Complex. Four Tigers tallied multi-RBI days at the plate, highlighting a 13-hit output against Cougars pitching.
The Mizzou pitching staff was also solid Tuesday after a shaky start. SIUE recorded two runs in its first at bat, but the Tiger pitching staff rebounded nicely by limiting the opposition to one run over the final eight innings of play.

Hear From Head Coach Steve Bieser
On Tuesday's victory in Edwardsville…
"Wins are all good. We got off to a little slow start and had a chance to put some runs up early and we left them out there. But we were eventually able to come through. I thought we did a good job offensively tonight."
On Springer's solid effort on the bump…
"The one thing he did was that he really competed inside the strike zone. He didn't have his put away stuff tonight like he's had in the past, but he didn't shy away from contact. He stayed strong with it and kept attacking the strike zone. He did a good job for us."
