COLUMBIA, Mo. – Mizzou Baseball (2-2) concludes its eight-game road trip in the Sunshine State this weekend in Fort Myers, Florida. The Tigers will meet Northeastern for a single-game matchup Thursday evening, followed by a three-game series Friday-Sunday against Rhode Island.
Fans can tune-in to KTGR (105.1 FM, 100.5 FM and 1580 AM) all season long, as Tex Little and Matt Michaels will be on the radio airwaves.

Series History vs. Northeastern
- The all-time series between Mizzou and Northeastern is tied, 2-2.
- All four of the Tigers and Huskies' matchups occurred last year (Feb. 23-25, 2018) at Fort Myers. The two squads split a four-game series, alternating wins after Mizzou took the series opener.
Series History vs. Rhode Island
- Friday-Sunday will mark Mizzou and Rhode Island's first-ever meetings.
Tigers Hold On for Midweek Win at Florida A&M
- Mizzou moved back to .500 overall on the young 2019 season Tuesday, defeating Florida A&M, 5-3.
- The Tigers built a 5-0 advantage heading to the bottom half of the ninth, but the host Rattlers managed to put the potential winning run on first base.
- Sophomore RHP Trey Dillard was the seventh and final pitcher of the night for Mizzou, producing a strikeout to secure the win and his first career save as a Tiger.
- Junior 1B/OF Kameron Misner and junior SS Chris Cornelius each produced their second multi-hit games of the season. Cornelius joined Misner Tuesday evening as Tigers to have a three-hit outing this year.
- The Tiger duo also produced a double apiece, sitting atop the team rankings with two doubles each on the season.
- Tuesday produced another full game of Tiger debuts at the plate and on the mound. Freshmen INF Cameron Swanger and OF Josh Holt Jr. each appeared as pinch hitters, while freshmen RHP Tommy Springer, LHP Trae Robertson and RHP Seth Halvorsen appeared for the first time on the bump.
